Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our transparent refund guidelines ensure fairness for all enrolled students:

• Test Series & Bundles: Fees once paid are non-refundable once an examination or test has been initiated or accessed by the candidate.
• Video Courses: If a candidate experiences technical delivery issues preventing access to course lectures, a refund request can be filed within 48 hours of purchase.
• Wallet Coins: Wallet top-ups and coin packages are digital virtual currencies and are non-refundable once credited to candidate balances.
